KG999 Long's Terms and Conditions — In Plain English

Welcome to KG999 Long. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the KG999 Long platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written to ensure all KG999 Long members in Bangladesh can easily understand them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use KG999 Long or create an account.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. For significant changes, KG999 Long will notify members in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

A valid account is required to use the betting and gaming services at KG999 Long. Registration is simple and completely free.

Registration Terms:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email at the time of registration. Providing incorrect information will cause verification to fail and may result in withdrawal delays.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Report any unauthorized access to your account to support immediately.

Account Security:

KG999 Long strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, the risk of unauthorized access is significantly reduced. Please note that KG999 Long will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or via chat.

KG999 Long follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. KYC verification is essential to maintaining a safe and transparent platform.

When KYC Is Required:

• Before making your first withdrawal.
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• Upon request, at any time.

Required Documents:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. If verification fails or incomplete information is submitted, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

• No additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, KG999 Long reserves the right to recover the excess amount.

KG999 Long regularly offers its members attractive bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require wagering 10x–20x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses typically expire if not used within 30 days of being credited.
• Single Bonus Policy: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once or across multiple accounts.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or betting categories.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum stake per single bet may apply while a bonus is active.

KG999 Long reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. If bonus abuse is detected — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in arbitrage betting — the account may be permanently closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.

All betting rules at KG999 Long are clear and fair. The rules below apply to all types of sports bets and casino games.

Bet Settlement Rules:

• All bets are settled based on official results. Broadcast results or unofficial sources will not be taken into account.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets are generally refunded. However, specific rules may vary depending on the type of event.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a Cash Out option is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KG999 Long reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Odds & Payouts:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Bet amount × Odds = Total payout (including stake).
• The maximum payout for a single bet varies by event and is shown on the betting page.

KG999 Long reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet. Unusually large bets may be placed on hold pending a security review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all KG999 Long members. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Cheating & Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or arbitrage betting to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using a payment account registered in another person's name is not permitted.
• Underage Accounts: If anyone under 18 opens an account or uses another person's account, both accounts will be closed.
• Threats or Harassment: Abusive behavior or threats directed at support staff or other members are strictly prohibited.
• VPN Abuse: Attempting to access the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted region is strictly prohibited.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

KG999 Long is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account password.
• Issues caused by third-party software or device malfunctions.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

In any dispute, KG999 Long's decision shall be considered final unless a different outcome is reached through a separate legal process. Members are requested to contact our support channels first to resolve any disputes.

KG999 Long reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. The nature of such changes and how they are handled is described below:

• Minor Changes: Minor updates for spelling corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.
• Moderate Changes: If changes are made to payment or bonus policies, at least 7 days' notice will be posted on the platform in advance.
• Major Changes: If there are significant changes to user rights or obligations, members will be notified by email 14 days in advance.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your verified balance.
